Full-Time Research Positions (3-5 openings)

I. Job Responsibilities

1. Engage in theoretical, methodological, and algorithmic research related to the project, and write and publish high-quality academic papers.

2. Develop core technologies, including the implementation and testing of algorithms, design and development of software modules, and apply for patents and software copyrights.

3. Guide visiting master's and doctoral students in participating in project work.

4. Participate in industry-university-research collaborations, application development, and technology promotion.

5. Participate in domestic and international academic exchanges.

II. Research Directions and Requirements

1. Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in a relevant field.

2. Professional doctorate (can be a recent PhD graduate or postdoctoral fellow).

3. Primarily engage in research aligned with the mentor's research direction at the institute and publish high-quality academic papers.

4. Assist in guiding graduate and undergraduate students in the laboratory.

5. Help in applying for research projects and undertake corresponding laboratory management duties when necessary.

III. Full-Time Research Position Remuneration

Enjoy the treatment of a full-time researcher or associate researcher at Shenzhen University, including social insurance and housing fund contributions. Salary is on an annual basis, paid monthly by the Human Resources Department of Shenzhen University. The specific salary will be determined based on qualifications such as education and research experience.
