I. Qualifications and Requirements

1. Applicants must have received their Ph.D. within the last 3 years and be under the age of 35 with strong English reading and writing skills.

2. Possess a strong ability for innovative scientific research and a collaborative spirit.

3. Have excellent academic ethics, a rigorous scientific attitude, be in good health, and able to meet the job requirements.

4. Applicants who have already achieved significant research results will be given priority.

5. Commitment to full-time postdoctoral research work.

II. Position Responsibilities

1. Mainly engage in research related to the supervisor's field of expertise at the institute and publish high-quality academic papers.

2. Assist in guiding graduate and undergraduate students in the laboratory.

3. Help in applying for research grants and undertake corresponding laboratory management duties when necessary.

III. Compensation and Benefits

The contract period for postdoctoral fellows is 2 or 3 years with a comprehensive annual salary starting at RMB 330,000.

Outstanding postdocs can enjoy competitive and sustainable career development benefits.

1. Provincial and municipal governments provide a living allowance of RMB 180,000 per year for qualified postdocs, with a total not exceeding RMB 360,000.

2. The university offers a comprehensive annual salary of over RMB 150,000.

Eligible outstanding postdocs can apply for the "Lixin Reward Program," which includes additional incentive salary of RMB 48,000.

3. Eligible postdocs can directly apply for faculty positions through the "Lychee Garden Talent Retention Program" (a green channel for postdocs to remain at the university).

4. Postdocs can independently apply for research projects at various levels as principal investigators.

5. Eligible postdocs can apply for professional title evaluation.

6. Postdocs can choose to register their residence in Shenzhen upon entry.

7. Shenzhen provides RMB 300,000 in funding to postdocs upon completion of their term, for research investment or startup costs.

8. Welfare benefits include medical services, annual health checks, and meal subsidies, among others.

9. If there are changes in postdoc support policies, the latest official documents shall prevail.
