On January 26, the "Smart Audio-visual (Webcast China Guangzhou) Cloud Industrial Park (District)" conference and the theme sharing activity of webcast to help the high-quality development of digital economy were held in Guangzhou, and the "Smart Audio-visual Cloud Industrial Park" cooperation alliance charter and platform were announced on the spot.

Efforts to build an emerging digital audio-visual industry cluster, under the guidance of Guangdong Radio and Television Bureau, Guangzhou Culture, Radio, Film and Television Tourism Bureau, Guangzhou Baiyun District people's Government, the construction of intelligent audio-visual (network broadcast China Guangzhou) cloud industrial Park (district), by the large audio-visual industry operation or technical advantages of the enterprise institutions jointly established and operated. The park integrates virtual cloud platform services and physical site services. Through the "1+4+N" industrial construction and development idea of Baiyun District, the park gathers advantageous network broadcast industry organizations at home and abroad, covering the supply side, demand side and third-party characteristic enterprise organizations, to build an industrial cloud platform for the whole industry chain of network broadcast, and promote the rapid development of strategic emerging industries.

At the event, experts and scholars from the audio-visual industry discussed new ideas for the integration and development of the digital industry, deeply activated the new momentum of industry development, and discussed a new chapter in the audio-visual development of the Bay Area.

Yang Mingpin, deputy director of the Development Research Center of the National Radio and Television Administration, took the work deployment of the National Radio and Television Administration in 2024 to "lead the development of the industry with scientific and technological innovation" as the starting point, analyzed the construction mode and current situation of the audio-visual industry base (park) and the development bottleneck, and introduced the construction idea of "1 layout, 2 innovation and 5 breakthroughs" of the intelligent audio-visual cloud industrial park (park). And the main tasks and expected projects such as building the intelligent audio-visual industry brain, promoting the intelligent audio-visual industry chain and supply chain gathering on the cloud, creating the intelligent audio-visual industry service level, and cultivating the intelligent audio-visual production chain.

Zhang Liangjie, Distinguished Professor of School of Computer and Software of Shenzhen University, Jiang Xinhao, Deputy director of Platform Research Institute of China Industrial Internet Research Institute and head of Guangdong Branch, and Zhang Jingmin, Dean of Media College of Zhujiang College of South China Agricultural University, respectively, provided suggestions and suggestions for the development of the park from multiple perspectives such as large model, large audio-visual, large industry, and technology and talent empowerment.
