Dr. Luo Sheng is an associate professor at the College of Computer Science and Software Engineering at Shenzhen University. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2009, followed by his Master's degree from the same university in 2012. From 2013 to 2017, he pursued his Ph.D. at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. After completing his doctoral studies, he joined Shenzhen University in 2017 as an assistant professor.

His primary research interests lie in wireless communication networks, physical layer transmission in wireless communications, and the application of artificial intelligence in next-generation communication systems. Dr. Luo has contributed to the field through publications in top-tier international journals and conferences, notably including the IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications (TWC), IEEE Transactions on Communications (TCOM), and IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (TVT).
